By 2021, e-commerce generated 18% of all B2B revenue according to McKinsey. That's as much as face-to-face sales and more than email (14%), video conferencing and telephone (13%). In France, 31% of B2B buyers (large and mid-sized companies) say that "ease of ordering online" is now an important criterion in choosing a supplier (FEVAD).
